Justin is always a happy guy when bowling, but he has now become quite interested in improving his score. This day he got over 105 in game and 106 in the next one. He was thrilled!
Justin has gotten better score than that before, but for some reason, it wasn't that much of a big deal to him at first. Something has changes though. He's getting better and gets spares often and now he's doing as one other bowler in his group does; he writes down his score on a decorated paper--which just means he puts stickers on them-- and now he has a record of his games. No quite sure if this is a good idea, but it is a Justin sort of thing to do, so be it.
He always looks to make sure Mom is watching when he gets a spare or even a strike. If she's not talking or more likely listening to other moms talking, or if her crochet project isn't at a crucial place, she usually is. She even takes the occasional picture of him.
|Thumbs up, Mom!|
He even got a strike that day! Boy, was he happy. He went home all excited and told Brandon and Dad when we got back home. Yep, it was a particularly good bowling day for my Justin.
