It was the first and only time Tom and I went without any of our kids, so it was a new experience for us. We did have Marc along and he certainly does act like a kid sometimes--everybody does with Tommy around.
We pointed out to Marc Disney characters of whom he barely knew anything. How you can live this long without knowing everything about Disney, is anyone's guess! Alas...not everyone has a Justin to teach them, I suppose.
We had a full day visiting all the counties, soaring over California, eating at Mexico, listening to all sorts of live music, even with a lovely Christmas concert and at the end--when Marc was thoroughly ready to keel over-- we sat for a while to watch the fireworks. Only Disney does fireworks this well.
But the fun wasn't over at the end of that night. Not with these wacky guys! In the parking lot Tom found a few abandoned wheel chairs and they decided to race them to the car. Marc with his hurting feet loved the idea of sitting for a while so he was game and off they went!
Tom in the lead is no surprise. A little bit of a dynamo is that guy.
Wacky guys made it to the car without killing themselves or breaking anything. It's as good as it gets.
So, that was our fun at Epcot. Wish you could have come, too.
